This is a magical place. The view is probably one of the best views in Princeville. This unit was just remodeled and is gorgeous. It’s nicely appointed and beautifully furnished. Amazing View and Perfect Location!
“My husband and I had an amazing time staying at this unit for our honeymoon! The patio/view was absolutely stunning and breathtaking. The location in Princeville is near many great beaches and Queen’s Bath! Easy access to Hanalei. The place was very clean and nicely decorated with a great kitchen and bathroom. Great studio in Princeville
We had a lovely time and the view from the balcony was amazing! HBR is a beautiful resort with a wonderful pool and numerous tennis courts. Since this condo is close to the beach it was a long walk from the parking lot ...but you can always ask for a golf cart ride. We appreciated the k cups but would’ve love to have had some additional supplies - basic cleaning supplies, cutlery, a plate or two, and a small table on the balcony would be great additions. Great place, seems like its newly renovated! The view out of the unit is spectacular and everything is very modern. It's quite small but perfect for a couple who will mostly be out of the unit adventuring in the area. Things to keep in mind: there's no kitchen here, and no real space to eat anything. Also, there is a (locked) door connecting this unit and the adjacent one, where light and noise percolates into this room. If it happens that noisy neighbors stay next door, you might not get good sleep at times. - Rewon (9306)

We loved our stay at Hanalei Bay Resort! We had a small problem in our initial room, but Seth had it solved super fast and made accommodations! Seth is super responsive! Seth was very quick to respond to all our questions/concerns leading up to our stay. He accommodated an early check-in which was so nice because we arrived several hours prior to check-in. He had a plumbing issue occur the evening before our arrival, but was courteous and reached out to us offering another room a couple doors down —- life happens! He said the only difference was this one had a mini fridge, while the one we would actually be going into had a washer and dryer instead. We were a little bummed because we had just bought a ton of beverages. However we were soooo pleased!!!! Our view was STUNNING!!!!! The set up was even better, and we actually used the washer and dryer, and the resort itself was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable and they did such a lovely job with all the interior design. The pool was lovely and the pool bar makes some great mai Tais. The room is about a 5 min walk to the beach. We would definitely go back!!!!! - Krysta (9306)

This view and condo are sheer perfection! The pictures do not do justice to how light, bright, spacious and stylish this condo is. And the view from the very large lanai is jaw dropping. This is the best experience we have had in all of Hawaii. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is sparkling clean and extremely tastefully done. This place is truly heaven on earth. We could not have asked for a better stay. Waking up with views of waterfalls and Hanalei Bay from our bed, and watching the sunset from the balcony—this is a really special stay. The condo has been recently redone and has modern decor, boho furniture, a comfy bed, and one of the best shower heads I’ve ever used. The bathroom has ample counter and storage space and good lighting. The kitchenette is well stocked with Keurig cups, mugs, wine glasses, a wine opener, and a mini fridge. The AC and fan both keep the place cool, but you’ll probably want to keep the AC off and screen door open to listen to the waves below. It’s a big enough place to comfortably fit two people, and feels romantic and luxurious. You get all the benefits of a resort with the privacy and personality of a boutique condo. You can walk right down to the beach below the balcony, or get a ride down from Bruno the bellman (a super nice guy!) in a golf cart. The pool is gorgeous and the landscaping overall at the resort is a lush tropical garden. The front desk and concierge are extremely kind and helpful! Every employee will tell you you’re staying in the best condo on the property—and they mean it. The location is so central overall, just a short 10 min drive to Hanalei and a 15 min drive to Kilauea. Truly can’t be beat. Seth is so kind and helpful. He responds within minutes and makes you feel at home. We never wanted this trip to end and are counting the days until we can return. Add 9305 and 9304 if you want the entire floor—that’s what we want to do next!! Thanks again, Seth! We’ll be back!! - Danika (9306)

This condo has the best views of Hanalei Bay and the perfect Hawaiian sunsets! It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The condo came with snorkel gear, boogie boards and a cart to bring things down to the beach. We ate most of our meals in the condo. The resort was great too! Some things were still closed due to COVID but we signed up for lei making and the pool bar was open. The road to Hanalei Bay and north had limited access because they are repairing it from a landslide. We had a great vacation! I highly recommend this condo! - Suzanne (9305)

Don’t think twice about booking this spot! It is absolutely beautiful. We booked it for our wedding weekend and it was perfect! Plenty of space for our wedding party to get ready. Enough rooms and privacy for everyone. Then my husband, kids & I stayed a couple extra nights to relax. HBR has an epic pool, and the grounds are beautiful! We had some very small aspects that we would have changed, and the unit manager was quick to reply with solutions. Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo! Definitely staying again! - Sarah (Suite)
